General Terms and Conditions Corporate Escape

1. General
These terms apply to all services offered by Corporate Escape. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are only final after receipt of confirmation and payment. The payment terms and conditions are stated in the quotation or invoice. Late payments may lead to cancellation.

3. Changes and Cancellations
Offered workation programs cannot be modified after confirmation. In case of cancellation by the customer, the following charges apply:
- 30+ days before commencement: 25% of the total amount
- 15-30 days: 50% of the total amount
- Less than 15 days: 100% of the total amount

4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of information provided and compliance with local laws and regulations. Corporate Escape is not responsible for costs resulting from incorrect data.

5. Liability
Corporate Escape is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of its services, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Responsibility for accommodations and activities lies with the external providers.

6. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (such as pandemics, natural disasters, etc.), Corporate Escape reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the service. In such cases, an attempt will be made to find a suitable solution.

7. Data protection
All personal data provided will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the performance of our services. We adhere to the AVG (GDPR) regulations.

8. Applicable Law
All agreements are subject to Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
